I am Karunakaran Nagarajan, but you can call me Karuna.
I believe that I have been blessed with a special purpose in this world, and that is to help one million people become super successful in life & career.

My Background
I was an ordinary student in school. Not extraordinary.
I was truly passionate about playing Kabaddi. I was the captain for my school team and college team, played many tournaments right through my schooling years and won many awards.
After schooling, I did my Veterinary degree in 2011 and became a Veterinary doctor.
Career
It was the year 2016. I got my first job at Cavin International Private Limited (A division of CavinKare Private Limited).
My responsibility is to feed the birds and wash the dishes. I started off as an individual contributor.
I had no purpose and vision when I started my career.
One day, I studied the story of an inspiring leader who started his business with just Rs.15,000 and eventually built it into a super successful company which is making Rs. 2,500 crores.
I was super inspired after reading his story and something inside me shifted. That day, I realised the fact that anybody can achieve anything in life if we are willing to make a decision.
On that day, I made a decision that I am going to become super successful and live an extraordinary life no matter what it takes. I set the intention to learn every single thing from him and to build a super successful career.
Curiosity to win in life and Career
What followed was a turning point in my life. I got the rare opportunity to spend time walking and learning from the leader who had inspired me.

How are you so successful in life and business?
He smiled, looked at my eyes and said, that’s a great question. If you want to learn the secrets, spend more time with me. But I am busy in working hours and I can’t spend time with you.
If you are serious and obsessed, you can join me on my walking time at 7 to 8 am daily. I decided to go for a walk with him on a daily basis. That decision is the game changer in my life.
Personal Transformation: Veterinarian To Business Leader
I usually prepare myself before I go for a walk with him and I ask a lot of questions to improve myself.
CKR once told me:
If you want to earn more, don’t just be a veterinary doctor. Learn the skills required to run a business.
At that time, I didn’t understand what he was talking about.
But now, when I look back in time, I was living by his principles.
I dedicated myself to become a business leader.
I invested 2 hrs of my time every single day on my personal development.
I invested Rs. 15 lakhs (and counting) on books, courses, training, coaching and mentorship to develop my attitude, knowledge and skills.
I worked very hard and I eventually grew much faster than I ever imagined in my life.
Milestones Achieved During My Career:
Below are the outcomes of my journey as a business leader.
- Business Leadership: Created and perfected a new business model from scratch to 2 crores per annum, which is highly profitable and scalable. Transformed a non profitable business (-80 Lakhs) into a profitable business (5 Crore).
- People Leadership: Built an organization from 10 member team to 100+ team members.
- People Development: Created 5+ ordinary people to become successful first time business leaders.
- Process Development: Created many new systems and processes to make the company stronger than ever.
- Promoted To Management: Started my career as an entry level employee (Feeder and Dishwasher) and eventually grew to top level management (Business Head) in 2 years.
- 10X Salary Growth: 2 Lakh CTC To 20 Lakh CTC in 5 Years.
